  • If you live in Colorado's Front Range, we already have a pool of trained and experienced mediators.  We've set up five community - officer complaint mediation programs.  If all you need is a handful of mediations, or maybe you need more - just buy what you need.  We're here and it's easy.  Give me a call at 303-717-2167 and we can talk actual cost.

The Whole Shebang!

  • We can travel.  We'll come to your place, explain and orientate your police leadership, work with your city or municipal leadership (mayor & council), put the program in place and train local mediators. 
  • We'll be responsible for all on-site training, marketing and quality control.
  • We will have a very real presence, on a regular basis, making your program successful.
  • After two years, you'll have a quality program we'll give to you to manage, or you can renew the contract and we'll keep providing the same excellent service we've been delivering.

A Bit Here and a Bit There

  • We'll provide the training and orientation.  You work with your local mediators and they take it from there.
  • We'll consult on the best way to get your mayor or council on board and supportive of the program.
  • We'd be happy to explain the cost and how to make the funding work.

Every municipality, every city, every county is different.  We're currently working with locations where there is a Mayoral appointed Independent Monitor, and were there is a small Internal Affairs department.  We're working with police departments, sheriff and fire departments.  We can make this work for you!

  • Sample for program set-up and management.  There have been numerous programs that have taken off and then been unsuccessful twenty-four months later.  We have a proven track record of setting up and maintaining programs.  We will get your program up and going, make it successful and then hand it back to you, if you'd like.
